All of us experience anxiety during our lifetimes.  Anxiety is that feeling of fear, worry and/or dread that we experience in certain situations, job interviews, asking out girls, dentist appointments and so on and for many of us, these feelings pass until the next time. However, for a lot of people, these feelings don’t pass. They experience chronic anxiety daily. Currently, 1 in 6 Australians has an anxiety disorder which makes day to day life a daily struggle.
